Our trained staff prepare weekly, biweekly, semi monthly and monthly payroll for clients. We are able to provide pay stubs that employers can use to write checks or we can print the checks for the employer. We also provide summary reports that are to be kept and reviewed by the employer. Our staff schedule and submit any monthly, semi-monthly, weekly and quarterly deposits that need to be remitted to the government agencies. These payments will be electronically withdrawn from the client’s bank account. The taxes due are the responsibility of the employer and we ask that the employer verify the amounts and approve any transactions. All quarterly reporting is prepared at our office and submitted electronically. We also provide the year end W2’s and submit the transmittals electronically by the due date.
